About

Beka Sicharulidze has been playing the piano since the age of 4. After completing his studies at the Z.Paliashvili Central Music School, he continued his education at the Tbilisi State Conservatoire. In January 2024, he performed all 24 Etudes by Chopin on his first piano recital.

He has participated in various festivals, including the XII International Festival “From Easter to Ascension” and the Tbilisi Piano Fest (2021). In 2021, he won first place in the online competition “Citta di San Dona di Piave.” Additionally, he received the first prize at the Smederevo (Serbia) online competition for his performance of Ravel’s Scarbo from Gaspard de la nuit.

In 2023, he won the first prize at the M.Doijashvili 8th Competition of Musicians and Performers of Georgia and was awarded the “M.Doijashvili Scholarship.” Beka’s repertoire includes a wide range of Liszt’s compositions.

Since 2023, Beka has been a recipient of the Toradze Foundation scholarship.
Beka Sikharulidze was born on October 13, 2005, in Tbilisi. It’s worth noting that his teacher, from an early age, has been his father, Mamuka Sicharulidze, a Doctor of Arts and Professor of Music at Tbilisi State Conservatoire.
